Chinatown, Kuala Lumpur Beggar

Chinatown, Kuala Lumpur Beggar
I took this picture on the last day of my Kuala Lumpur trip. This was actually in the overpass in Chinatown going to McDonald's.

Seeing beggars sleeping on the streets somehow reminds me of the beggars in the Philippines.  It is depressing and also alarming that the government aren't doing anything to help them.  It also makes me mad that parents of these kids are very irresponsible.

I support the Reproductive Health Bill! We should have a choice!

I live in California and no matter where you go out here there are people living on the streets, day and night. There is always a budget shortfall, or so says the government and although there are shelters in place, there are not enough. It's very sad yet no one seems to care.
