St. Dominic's Church Macau Photos

This is our first stop in our Macau Trip. St. Dominic's Church was built in 1590's by the Dominicans. Just a strange fact from this church, in 1644 a military officer who supported the Spaniards against the Portuguese was killed at the altar during mass. Tragic isn't it. Thank God I didn't feel any strange vibe when I was there.

Anyway, there is a museum located at the 1st to the 3rd floor which houses paintings, sculptures and ornaments in Asia. That I didn't know until now.

How gorgeous and what light and beautiful architecture. I've always wanted to see this in person and hopefully will be able to next year. Fantastic shots.

I got a couple of postcards from Macau recently. Quite rare really. I treasure them. :)
